What we do

Healthy Food Icon

Healthy Food

Through our partnership with Potter's House we are able to provide hundreds of students and families with the vital nutrition they need to excel in school and at home.

Book Icon

Education

We sponsor the education of hundreds of students in places where schooling often ends in 3rd grade. Our students regularly graduate HS prepared for University.

Water Icon

Pure Water

In rural parts of Chiquimula, where there is no source of safe, clean, and reliable drinking water we build wells to support communities, children, and families.

Medical Kit Icon

Medical Care

Through our medical missions we have treated thousands of patients from Guatemala City to rural Chiquimula and the Western Highlands.

Get Involved

We hope to bring over 100 Beyond the Walls volunteers from all over the United States this year. For some, it will be their first trip, and for others their twentieth! Our team members come from New Jersey, New York, Virginia, Florida and Illinois – ranging in age from 13 to 83!

In Guatemala, we have been partnering with Potter’s House Association for over a decade. PHA has been dedicated to seeking justice for the poor since 1986. Last year, alongside PHA, we built a community center in Chiquimula, provided medical, and touched the lives of hundreds all across Guatemala!

The first impression is pretty shocking. It's one of those experiences where, no matter how many people have tried to prepare you for it - you get here and see for yourself and it's worse than you imagined. But the more time I spend here, the more I can see we are really making an impact with the people and the community.
